History

Our club was born on the 7th May 2012 when we received our charter from Rotary International with 35 initial members. Our members are a mix of experienced and new Rotarians, offering the Club experience, Rotary knowledge as well as new ideas and ways of working.
Our target membership is 20 to 40 years old, but anyone with a good community spirit, young at heart and 18+ years can become a member.
Members have 3 words to describe what lies at the core of this Club, and we use these to guide what we do and how we do it:
The Club is open to new members, or those who want to ‘check us out’ and help with our Projects. If you are a first-time visitor and want to get a taste of what our Club is about, you will be our Guest for your first breakfast meeting.
We’d love to meet you, so just drop us an email president@greenhillsrotary.org.au and we look forward to meeting you.

Rotary members look for opportunities to improve our communities today and invest in the next generation for tomorrow.
We connect passionate people with diverse perspectives to exchange ideas, forge lifelong friendships, and, above all, take action to change the world.
We collaborate with community leaders who want to get to work on projects that have a real, lasting impact on people’s lives.
